Like Ferrari, Francorchamps Motors Brussels also has the spirit of competition and extraordinary performance in its DNA. This is demonstrated by our participation and world titles in the Testa Rossa Awards over the years, of which we are quite proud. It's this state of mind that we look for in all our colleagues and that we encourage throughout our network.
It's also important to pass on this motivation to the next generation, so that our customers can continue to enjoy their passion with complete peace of mind. That's why we're delighted to introduce you to Pierre. Pierre is a student at Helha and is taking part in this year's WorldSkills international competition. Worldskills encourages young people to develop a passion for skills and to strive for excellence, through competitions and promotions. Participants gain skills through global training standards, benchmarking systems and increased industry engagement.
Thanks to his perseverance, thirst for learning and passion for technology, Pierre has secured a trainee position in our workshop, where he will learn the finesse of the job from Sebastian. Pierre is being trained by our 2020 Testa Rossa Awards World Champion in the Master Technician category, which will enable him to acquire precious skills ahead of his participation in the WorldSkills finals to be held in Lyon in September.
To prepare himself as well as possible for this challenge, Pierre will also spend part of his training period abroad to develop the broadest possible vision. He has just returned from Japan, for example, and has already spent time in Abu Dhabi, where he acquired a range of non-technical, more social skills thanks to his exposure to other cultures.
Francorchamps Motors Brussels is therefore fully committed to training talented employees for the future, with the aim of continuing to guarantee its customers an exceptional service provided by the most competent employees possible.
Forza Ferrari, Forza Francorchamps Motors Brussels!
